Passion Fruit Sauce with Salmon or Chicken Fillet

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of NETTARE passion fruit pulp
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 800g salmon fillet or chicken fillet

Preparation

  • Melt the butter, add the onion and sauté lightly.
  • Add the parsley and NETTARE passion fruit pulp, mix and bring to a boil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Season the salmon or chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet and add olive oil, when it’s hot, fry the salmon on both sides for only 4 minutes per side.
  • Don’t keep turning the salmon, place the fish on the plate and pour the hot sauce over it.
