Ingredients
- 2 packages of NETTARE passion fruit pulp
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 800g salmon fillet or chicken fillet
Preparation
- Melt the butter, add the onion and sauté lightly.
- Add the parsley and NETTARE passion fruit pulp, mix and bring to a boil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Season the salmon or chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet and add olive oil, when it’s hot, fry the salmon on both sides for only 4 minutes per side.
- Don’t keep turning the salmon, place the fish on the plate and pour the hot sauce over it.
